Fun galore was on tap in Vesta

Vesta Community Center’s Old Time and Bluegrass Music Competition featured a number of events for the young and young at heart.

Several children participated in the annual Vesta Community Center July 4 Sack Race. (Contributed Photos)
Teams played the classic Egg Toss at the Vesta Community Center Fourth of July celebration.
Daniel Wineman played the banjo at the annual event.
Andrew Small played the guitar at the Vesta Community Center July 4 celebration. He placed second in the Adults Fiddle, third in the Adult Guitar, second in the Adult Mandolin, and second in the Adult Vocal Competition.
Several kids enjoyed the Hacky Sack Toss game.
Children enjoyed prizes, including lollipops, from the Sucker Tree.
