Nonprofit organizations in Patrick County may get a boost in their fundraising efforts, courtesy of the Patrick County Tourism Advisory Council.

The TAC is donating six sets of 2017 fall Virginia Tech football tickets, and four sets of Carolina Panther football tickets, to Patrick County nonprofit organizations specifically to assist with fundraising efforts. Organizations will be selected by a random drawing.

Winning agencies must provide a report on how the tickets were used.
