Juan Javier Servin-Ayala, Danville, charged with driving with suspended license, two previous offenses, found guilty of reckless driving, fined $200, costs $86; charged with expired inspection, dismissed.Dwayne Ottis Dalton, Ridgeway, charged with driving with suspended license, found guilty of no operator’s license in possession, fined $10, costs $61.Trenton Jeffrey Smith, Patrick Springs, charged with reckless driving 88/60 zone, found guilty, fined $400, costs $86, appealed. Angela Bland Justice, Covington, charged with obtain money by false pretenses, certified misdemeanor.

December 19

Andrew D. Himmel, New York , N.Y., charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain control, found guilty of improper driving, fined $50, costs $61.Walter Christopher Hoinski, Cana, charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain control, dismissed.

Victor Andrea Penn, Fieldale, charged with reckless driving, speeding 85/60 zone, found guilty, fined $250, costs $96; expired registration, guilty, fined $25, costs $10.

Courtney Danielle Reed, Mt. Airy, N.C., charged with reckless driving, fail to maintain control, found guilty of improper driving, fined $75, costs $96.Phyllis Tate Willard, Ararat, charged with hit and run – unattended vehicle, guilty, fine $25, costs $90.84; possession of open title, complied with law, cost $10.Michael Winterhawk Cook, Bassett, charged with fail to pay restitution, guilty, 10 days in jail, cost $145.Steven Ray Hylton, Bassett, charged with conceal/price alter merchandise, first offense, guilty, six months with five months 20 days suspended, fine $150, costs $231.Kristin M. Hazelwood, Stuart, bad check, three counts, found guilty, fined $75, 90 days with 90 suspended, costs $158.29 on first count; found guilty, fine $75, 90 days with 90 days suspended, costs and restitution $152.12 on second count; found guilty, fined $75, 90 days with 90 days suspended, costs and restitution $163.20 on third count.Roy Davis, Patrick Springs, was charged with dumping trash on highway/private property, guilty, fine $250, costs $86, appealed.Jody Lee Nunn, Mount Airy, N.C., was charged with nonviolent felon in possession of a gun within 10 years, certified to grand jury; carry concealed weapon, certified misdemeanor.Kenneth Allen Yarger, Stuart, was charged with DWI, first offense, guilty, fined $650 with $400 suspended, 12 months with 11 months 20 days suspended, driver’s license suspended for 12 months, VASAP, costs $221.; drive while license revoked, first offense, continued.

Zachary Adam Strole, Meadows of Dan, was charged with driving after illegal consumption of alcohol, dismissed.Keith Duane Waldo, Mooresville, N.C., was charged with DWI, first offense, guilty, $650 with $400 suspended, 12 months suspended, driver’s license suspended for 12 months, VASAP, cost $218.24; fail to drive on right side of highway, dismissed; no liability insurance, dismissed; fail to obtain registration, dismissed.
