Girl Scout Troop #1302 brought in food to help the food bank at Providence United Methodist Church. Some of the food will go to help with the Back Pack program that the church does for students in Patrick Springs Primary School.
Through this activity, the girls are learning to give back to their community. They also are helping the church as a way of thanking them for allowing the troop to meet throughout the year at the church. The girls’ leaders of this troop are Dee Ragsdale and Mary Handy and they are very proud of the troop for helping out. Girl Scout Troop # 1302 (Contributed photo)
