The Patrick County Varsity Golf Team traveled to Olde Mill Golf Course, September 14, to compete in a match against Franklin County and Abington.
Abington won the match with a score of 317, followed by Franklin County with a score of 346. The Cougars shot 373 in the loss. Parker Roop shot an 88. Chance Corns, Kylee Joyce, and Lauren Worley all shot a 95 for Patrick County.
“We have sub-regionals at Olde Mill next week. We just need to keep working on our short game and shots in the scoring area,” said Coach Philip Steagall.
