Journey Moore hit a solo homerun to put the Lady Cougars on the board. Lilly Hazelwood, Lauren Hazelwood, Marie Turner, Kyleigh Gusler, Aniya Penn and Holt all had hits in the win. The Cougars got a 4-1, Wednesday, March 20, over Glenvar High School. Moore got the win, pitching 5 innings, striking out 9, allowing 1 earned run. Holt pitched 2 innings, striking out 6. Lauren Hazelwood and Maria Turner hit back-to-back homeruns, and Lilly Hazelwood had 2 hits in the win.
