Grand jurors in Patrick County handed down 37 indictments during the March term.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but rather a grand jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for a trial.

Christopher Don Christian, of Critz, possess Schedule I or II drugs and possess Schedule IV drugs, both September 1, 2017.
Michael Ray Cline, of Stuart, manufacture methamphetamine, March 9, 2017.
Dillard Clayton France Jr., of Stuart, one count each burglary and grand larceny, April 15 – 24, 2017.
Ricky Lane Howell, of Stuart, manufacture methamphetamine, March 9, 2017.
Hope Ann Hubbard, of Woolwine, one count each possess Schedule I or II drugs and possess controlled paraphernalia, both October 5, 2017.
Shanille Nicole Leigh, of Stuart, two counts welfare fraud, on or between June 1 and November 30, 2016.
Terry Wayne Leigh, of Stuart, two counts each welfare perjury and welfare fraud, on or between October 2016 and May 31, 2017.
Scott Edward Neyman, of Meadows of Dan, one count each malicious wounding and strangulation, February 2 – 3.
