Grand jurors seated in Patrick County named 19 people in a round of 57 indictments handed down on Monday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but rather a grand jury’s finding that enough evidence exists for a trial.

Those indicted are:

Sammy Earl Bowman, of Claudville, grand larceny, in connection with an Oct. 24, 2017 incident.

Santana Maria Orozco, of Cana, grand larceny, Aug. 19, 2017.

Israel David Branch, of Dugspur, larceny of a motor vehicle, Dec. 19, 2017.

Darien Treyvon King, of Stuart, one count each robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony, Dec. 17, 2017.

Jay’Kwon Dajour Martin, of Martinsville, larceny of a firearm, Sept. 30, 2017.

Terrill Matthew Moffett, of McDonough, Ga., one count each discharge firearm from a motor vehicle, possess firearm by nonviolent felon and child endangerment, Aug. 10, 2017.

Cody Joseph Wyatt, of Patrick Springs, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Jan. 25, 2018.

Chad Michael Trent, of Critz, strangulation, Jan. 8, 2018.

Zachary Tyler Barker, of Patrick Springs, assault on a law enforcement officer, Feb. 13, 2018.

Kevin Michael Bowman, of Stuart, one count each possess Schedule I or II drug with firearm and possess Schedule I or II drug, Jan. 4, 2018.

Kenneth Ray Hayden Jr., of Sandy Ridge, N.C., one count each statutory burglary, between July 1 and Sept. 15, 2017; and grand larceny, Sept. 15, 2017.

Tyler Shane Hazelwood, address unavailable, eight counts each forgery, utter and obtain money by false pretense, in connection with incidents between Nov. 27, 2017 and Jan. 5, 2018.
