Inez Reynolds, 83, of Albany, NY passed away peacefully with her nephews by her side on Monday, September 12, 2022, at St. Peter’s Hospital. She was born in Patrick County, VA, to the late Benjamin Jericho Reynolds and Nannie Kate Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Reynolds; and two brothers, Johnsey Franklin Reynolds, and Jericho Delano Reynolds.

Inez was a member of the First Church in Albany. She loved walking all around Albany and would walk to the Albany Public Library where she would read for hours. She mainly focused on reading health and medical journals as well as romance novels.

She leaves to cherish her memories twin sons, Kevin (Malissa) Reynolds of Patrick Springs, VA,  Kenneth Reynolds of Spencer, VA; two grandchildren, Kevin Daniel Reynolds of Davenport, IA and Malissa Kate Reynolds of Patrick Springs, VA; five brothers, Robert Reynolds (Elsie) of Collinsville, VA, Percy Otis Reynolds of Spencer, VA, Jessie (Mae) Reynolds of Waxahachie, TX, Samson (Shirley) Reynolds of Patrick Springs, VA, Burton Wayne Reynolds of Arlington, VA, three sisters, Jennie Reynolds of Arlington, VA, Mary Randolph of Falls Church, VA, and Gold Dee Reynolds of California.  She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews; one special nephew and caregiver, Danny (Connie) Reynolds of Albany, NY.

A graveside service will be held Monday, September 19, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Nebo Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery with Pastor Sammy Hagwood officiating. Friends may come by Moody Funeral Home in Stuart, VA on Sunday, September 18, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM to pay their respects. Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
