The JV Girls Basketball Team traveled to North Stokes on Friday, December 6, losing to the Lady Vikings 8-21.
Martina Hubbard scored 4 points and had 5 steals. Bella Martin had 2 points and 2 rebounds. Shianne Townsend scored 2 points and added a steal. Meredith Wood had 5 rebounds and an assist. Kenzie Sanchez had 5 steals, and Bella Mashburn had 4 rebounds. Tiffany Eckrote had 1 block, 3 rebounds, and 1 steal.
Coach Grace Helms said, “Stokes is a hard place to play, but I love the atmosphere. We are going to hit the gym hard this week and go to work. We had more steals and fewer turnovers tonight. The ladies are improving.”
