The Patrick County High School JV girls’ basketball team lost to Magna Vista last Tuesday night 39-18.
“Turnovers were the leading cause of the defeat to a very athletic Magna Vista team,” said Coach Ryan Pendleton.
Jayden Lewis led scorers with six points. Logan McGhee added four.
Friday, the JV Lady Cougars lost to Floyd .
Jadyn Lewis and Gracelyn Hubbard were the leading scores with seven each.
The JV girls are now 2-3 for the year.
