The Patrick County High School junior varsity volleyball team beat North Stokes last Thursday in two sets–25-19 and 25-18.

Lauren Largen had four kills and Caroline Vernon had five kills. Julianna Overby added seven assists, Lainie Hopkins had six assists and Jenny Turner had six digs and six aces.

Last Tuesday, the JVs lost to Floyd in two sets, 21-25 and 12-25.

The Cougar volleyball teams play at Halifax County Thursday night.
