About 2005, I learned about a simple blood test for cancer that is not well known but has been approved by Medicare since 1994. For ten years, prior to my annual physical check-up, a blood sample was sent to Oncolab, Inc. in Boston to test for cancer using a test known as AMAS which can detect any type of cancer up to two years sooner than most other accepted methods with 99% accuracy.
In March 2015 my test was positive for cancer. A retest confirmed the cancer. The AMAS test cannot identify the type of cancer so my doctor began various tests to determine what type cancer I had. At the same time, I was spending many hours on the internet to learn about cancer.
One of the first things that I found was that there are two schools of thought on cancer treatment, a) the main stream traditional method using surgery, chemo and radiation, and b) an alternative method using natural medicine. I was greatly surprised that the survival rate past five years for the main stream method is less than five percent whereas the alternative method is greater than 90 percent.
I told my doctor there would be no chemo for me.
In order to treat my cancer, we had to know what kind was in my body. Luckily, I found on the internet a company (Oncoblot) that has a test that identifies types of cancer by testing the blood for the type of protein produced by the cancer. Their test can identify 27 types of cancer by the specific protein the cancer produces.
My blood sample showed I had colon-rectal cancer. After a colonoscopy test came back negative, my next action was to find the best colon-rectal cancer treatments since I had already determined there would be no chemo/radiation treatments no matter what since I am 82 years old.
There are hundreds of natural products that work to eliminate cancer but your doctor will get in trouble with the medical establishment if he recommends them. Some are wide range cancer killers while others target specific cancers. The people at Oncoblot, who determined I had colon-rectal cancer has grape seed extract plus Capsicum listed as a treatment on their web page.
Since cancer is an immune deficiency disease, I went to web page: http://www.cancerfightingstrategies.com to find immune enhancing products to supplement eliminating the cancer. (Anyone interested in cancer needs to spend time on this site which covers a wide range of cancer subjects.)
In addition to listing high-powered immune enhancing products, this site has details on many cancer-killing products with effective numbers assigned. Some have an effective number in the thousands versus chemo which is only in the 30s and radiation at 60.
In addition to the grape seed extract recommended by Oncoblot, I selected from the above web site one more cancer killer product and the immune enhancing product that had the highest effective number.
After taking these products for six months, the latest AMAS blood test shows my body is CANCER FREE. I plan on continuing to use the immune enhancing product and the annual AMAS blood test.
I recommend everyone educate themselves on cancer and take the AMAS test on an annual basis. Medicare and most insurance companies will pay the $165 fee so there is no excuse not to know if you have cancer before it goes past the first stage.
Please call me or send an email and I will gladly provide you the details of getting blood samples taken and shipped to Oncolab.
My wife recommends that women take the AMAS test annually instead of the ineffective mammogram test.
