The Patrick County Library is scheduled to fully reopen on Monday, June 21.

Branches in Martinsville and Henry County also are scheduled to resume pre-pandemic operations, according to Rick Ward, director of the Blue Ridge Regional Library system.

“All branches of the Blue Ridge Regional Library will go back to their normal pre-pandemic schedules on Monday, June 21,” he said.

In Patrick County, library hours are:

Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Fridays and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Summer Reading is in full swing. Programs and activity packets are available for preschool and school age children.

Face masks are welcome, but not required. Non-vaccinated patrons are strongly encouraged to wear a face mask. Call your local library for more information.

The Martinsville Main branch may be reached at (276) 403-5430.

In Patrick County, call (276) 694-3352, Ext. 1.
