The Patrick Springs Ruritan Club presented its 2023 Outstanding Citizenship Award to Tom Steele.
Tom has been an active member of the club since he joined in 2020. He is very supportive of our communities in Patrick Springs/Critz areas to serve the people, improve the communities and help the students in our schools. Tom’s career has been one of service to others. He was in education, serving high school and college students. He was a teacher and coach before becoming a college counselor. He was also a Boy Scout leader, inspiring boys to become leaders in their own community as adults.
The club is very proud and honored to present this award to Tom.
