PC Boys Lose Tight Game

The PCHS Varsity Boys Basketball Team got off to a slow start when they traveled to Martinsville on Friday. The Bulldogs had a 15-5 lead at the end of the first. The Cougars put up a fight during the 2nd, and went into halftime trailing only by 1. 

Patrick County started the 4th quarter leading 41-37. The game was tied with 1:15 left on the clock. The Bulldogs made 8 unanswered points to take a 59-51 win over PC.

Jaivontae Penn put up 18 points, had 3 rebounds, 5 steals, and 2 assists. Demontez Hill had 8 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist. David Smith had 6 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 steal, and Jalen Hagwood had 6 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals.
