PCHS Fishing Team lands top spots

The PCHS Fishing Team took top spots in the B.A.S.S. Nation of Virginia Second State Qualifier recently at Buggs Island Lake. 

Zach Heath, David Bryant, Jake Caine, Devin Walker, Parker Roop and Evan Havens all qualified for state; Nash Thompson and Gavin McGhee qualified for state at the first state qualifier of the year. Congratulations again to all and to all the anglers for showing good sportsmanship the whole weekend.

 

In the Senior Division:

Congratulations to the following teams: Nash Thompson and Gavin McGhee placed first with 12.37 lbs. along with boat captain, Scottie Thompson.

 

Congratulations to David Bryant and Zach Heath placed second with 12.27 lbs. and won for biggest fish at 5.66 lbs. (pictured in middle, Dillon Bryant, boat captain).

 

In the Junior division:

Congratulations to: Eli Wood and Ethan Wood (pictured in middle, Nathan Wood, boat captain) placed first with 3.04 lbs.
