The Hall of Fame Committee of Patrick County High School is seeking nominees to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in August. These nominees must have graduated from PCHS before 2006.
Names of persons submitting nominations will be kept confidential, and all nominees will be considered. The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to recognize persons who have been outstanding in their chosen field(s) and have given strong community service. More nomination forms may be obtained at PCHS, or online at the Patrick County High School website.
Nomination forms should be completed and returned no later than March 31.
