PCHS holds Fall Awards Banquet

Patrick County High School held its Fall Sports Awards Banquet on Thursday, November 17. Awards were presented for each sport as well as All-District Honors. 

Football Cheerleading- (l-r) Samantha Steward-Most Dedicated Cheerleader, Coach Angela Rose, Emma Nickelston- Outstanding Leadership Award.
Football- Coach David Morrison, Demontez Hill- Most Valuable Offensive Player, George Payton Stovall- Blood, Sweat, and Tears Award, Peyton Cambron- Coaches Award, Sam Hubbard- Most Valuable Defensive Player, Will Black- Most Improved.
All-District Honors Volleyball- Marissa Bentley-2nd Team, Lilly Hazelwood- Honorable Mention, Lilly Byers- 2nd Team, Kaylee Towler- Honorable Mention, Journey Moore- 1st Team, Samantha Harris- 1st Team.
Volleyball- Assistant Coach AK Scruggs, Eliza Clifton- Most Improved, Journey Moore- Best Defensive Player, Lilly Byers- Lady Cougar Award, Samantha Harris- Most Valuable, Coach Heidi Moore.
Golf- Jalen Hagwood- Leon Martin Memorial Scholarship Recipient, Coach Philip Steagall, Chance Corns- Most Improved, Wesley Roberson- Most Valuable.
Athletic Training- Alexis Knight, Jewel Iacovone, Kursten Hylton, Mallory DeHart, Hagen Murphy, Coach Gail Browing.
Cross Country- Noah Hiatt- 1st Team, Mackenzie Williams- 2nd Team, Callie Wood- 1st Team, Ellianna Montgomery, 2nd Team (Not pictured- Irene Smith- 1st Team).
