These dogs are Stuart and Virginia. They are seniors, their owner has passed away and they need a home for their final years. The little guy is Stuart, a Chihuahua and maybe Corgi mix and his lady friend is Virginia, a chow-shepherd mix. They are both 12-14 years old and are spayed and neutered.
