The Patrick Henry Community College Division of Workforce Development, Economic and Community Development will offer Management Bootcamp: From Good to Great.
From Good to Great will be kicked off by Dr. Angeline Godwin, president of PHCC.
Sometimes a company rewards the good employee with promotion to the newest leader/manager/supervisor without providing the resources and training the employee needs to be effective and skilled in management for the business. This class will introduce participants to five different speakers who will share various tips for managers, providing them resources to grow from good to great.
Classes will meet Wednesdays, April 6-May 4 from 8 a.m. to noon on the Martinsville campus in Frith 129.
The cost is $379.99 for five weeks. Employers should ask about PHCC’s BOGO offer (buy one seat, get one seat free).
Register online by going to http://ph.augusoft.net.
For more information or to register, call (276) 656-0260.
