Former governor, Gerald Baliles (right in photo) donated a new portrait to the Patrick County Branch Library and Historical Museum in Stuart. The new portrait replaces one that was sun damaged, Baliles said. Baliles, a Patrick County native, was the governor of Virginia from 1986-1990.
