STEP Head Start staff and teachers load raffle baskets in preparation for the Annual Head Start Conference hosted by the Virginia Head Start Association in Abingdon. The baskets were created with items donated by companies in Patrick and Franklin counties, including Patrick County Tourism, Patrick County Chamber, and Poor Farmer’s Market . Money raised from the raffle will fund Head Start Association scholarships.
