At the direction of the Board of the Patrick County Public Service Authority, beginning Aug. 1, 2019 active water and sewer customers will have 60 days from the date of the August invoice to pay their bill in full or their service will be suspended.

If suspended, a $30 service fee must be paid before service is restored.

Additionally, notices will be sent to customers who are being billed the mandatory availability fee and have a past due amounts of $100. The notice will state that if the past due amount is not paid in full within 60 days, a lien will be filed in the Patrick County Circuit Court on the property.

If you have questions pertaining to your water and sewer billing, direct them to Tom Rose at (276) 694-6094 or Ruth Russell at (276) 693-2009.
