Robert Howard Fain

Mr. Robert Howard Fain, age 71 of Patrick Springs, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, at his home. He was born in Patrick County on June 17, 1952, to the late James Rufus Fain and Clara Edna Lovell Fain. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Hooker; and two brothers, Frank Hall and Donald Fain. Robert served in the U.S. Army for 16 years and was involved in Operation Desert Storm. He was a member of VFW Post 7800. He was store manager of Western Auto in Stuart and always knew where to find every item.

Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, James and Crystal Fain of Patrick Springs, Brandon Fain of Stuart; two grandchildren, Logan Fain, Dante Marot; one sister, Mary Frances Bryant of Fort Myers, FL; four brothers, Avery Hall of Huntington, MD, Doyle Fain of Claudville, Stanley Fain of Stuart, Phillip Fain of Walnut Creek, CA; and several nieces and nephews.
