Mrs. Rose M. Seif Neyman, age 86 of Vesta, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 13, 1935, to the late Norman Seif and Margaret Seif. In addition to his parents, Mrs. Neyman was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Adam Neyman; and a daughter, Sandra R. Belcher.
Mrs. Neyman is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Scott E. Neyman, Steven P. and Danielle Neyman; a granddaughter, Crystal McClimans; and a sister, Marie Mahon .
