Ruby Tatum Gregory, age 90, of Rutherfordton, N.C., passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Hospice of Rutherford County in Forest City, N.C.
She was born in Patrick County on February 13, 1926 and was a daughter of the late Russell and Hester Tatum. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jess Gregory; a grandson, Jason Gregory; and three brothers, Johnny, Aubrey and Garland Tatum.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Susan Gregory of Rutherfordton; five grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Donald Tatum of Florida and Ralph Tatum of Martinsville.
A graveside service was held Sunday at Patrick Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements were by Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
