Patrick County residents who are experiencing extended Brightspeed service disruptions may contact the State Corporation Commission’s (SCC’s) Division of Public Utility Regulation.The SCC is following up on all complaints from multiple localities served by the company.
Consumers are encouraged to call Brightspeed first to resolve issues but if they have no success with the company, they may contact the SCC.
