BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: managers choice; Tues.: apple freudal or ham, egg & cheese omelet with toast; Wed.: grape crescent or sausage biscuit; Thurs: WG honey bun or breakfast pizza Fri.: chocolate chip muffin or mini corn dogs

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: fish sticks with WG cornbread loaf or honey pork rib on hoagie roll, 9-12: royal chocolate brownie; Tues.: managers choice or popcorn chicken, 9-12: fresh broccoli salad; Wed.: steak and cheese on hoagie roll or fiesta seasoned pork carnita with tortilla, 9-12: Mexican flavored rice or fruited jello; Thurs.: toasted cheese sandwich or thin sliced deli turkey sandwich , 9-12: scalloped tomatoes; Fri.: sausage with white gravy or managers choice, 9-12: baked spiced apples

Offered daily:  WOW butter with or without jelly WG sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
