BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: breakfast bun; Tues.: mini cinni or french toast sticks/syrup; Wed.: chocolate chip muffin or cheesy eggs/toast; Thurs.: sausage biscuit; Fri.: apple freudal or biscuit/gravy.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: hamburger w/bun or pasta primavera w/garlic breadstick, lettuce/tomato, turnip greens, potato wedges, grades 9-12: pinto beans; Tues.: corn dog or BBQ w/bun, creamy coleslaw, baked beans, hash brown potato cubes, 9-12: yellow squash w/onions; Wed.: turkey and cheese w/wrap or spaghetti w/garlic bread stick, cucumber/tomato slices, seasoned corn, grades 9-12: broccoli salad; Thurs.: popcorn chicken w/roll or fish sandwich w/bun, creamy coleslaw, french fries, blueberry smoothie, grades 9-12: season mixed vegetables; Fri.: ham and cheese hoagie or Arroz con Pollo, lettuce/tomato, honey roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned green beans, grades 9-12: banana bread.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
