BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: mini cinni or french toast sticks/syrup; Tues.: strawberry mini bagel or scrambled eggs/toast; Wed.: sausage w/biscuit; Thurs.: honey bun or breakfast pizza; Fri.: apple Freudal or biscuit/gravy.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: fish sticks/cornbread or honey pork rib on Hoagie, pickles/onions/coleslaw, crispy potato wedges, pinto beans, 9-12: Royal brownie; Tues.: corn dog or chicken pasta bake/garlic breadstick, seasoned yellow corn, baby lima beans, apple crisp/fresh fruit, 9-12: honey dilled carrots; Wed.: steak and cheese sub or pork carnita/tortilla/mild salsa, sautéed green pepper and onions, tender turnip greens/vinegar, 9-12: fiesta rice; Thurs.: ham sandwich or toasted cheese sandwich, crispy lettuce/sliced tomato, celery/carrot sticks, ranch dip, hot school made vegetable soup, blueberry smoothie, 9-12: scalloped tomatoes; Fri.: popcorn chicken or tasty meatloaf w/ketchup glaze, yeast roll, creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, 9-12: 100 percent fruit juice.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
