BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:
Mon.: pancake on a stick; Tues.: glazed donut; Wed.: chicken biscuit; Thurs.: grape crescent or cheese toast; Fri.: strawberry mini bagel or breakfast pizza.
Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: hot cheesy or smoking hot pepperoni pizza, cinnamon sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli, 9-12: corn salad with cherry tomatoes; Tues.: sausage/white gravy, creamy chicken w/noodles, flakey biscuit, red diced potatoes w/rosemary, tender green peas, 9-12: spicy baked apples; Wed.: Italian dunker’s meat sauce w/cheesy breadstick or thin-sliced deli turkey sandwich, crispy lettuce/sliced tomato, honey glazed carrots, seasoned green beans, 9-12: crispy sliced cucumbers/dip; Thurs.: crispy chicken fillet/bun or fresh hot mozzarella cheese sticks w/zesty dipping sauce, crispy leaf lettuce/sliced tomato, hearty baked beans, crispy waffle cut fries, 9-12: tender turnip greens; Fri.: deli-sliced ham on bun, Chipotle chicken wrap, crispy leaf lettuce/sliced tomato, yummy cheesy potatoes, hot pinto beans, 9-12: Pollo flavored rice.
Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
