BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: stawberry mini bagel or mini corn dogs; Tues.: sausage biscuit; Wed.: dutch waffle; Thurs.: blueberry muffin; Fri.: pancake on a stick.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: hamburger/bun or pasta primavera/garlic breadstick, lettuce/tomato, turnip greens, curly fries, 9-12: pinto beans; Tues.: chicken BBQ/bun or fish sandwich/bun, coleslaw, baked beans, waffle fries, 9-12: sautéed spinach; Wed.: corn dog or spaghetti/garlic breadstick, seasoned corn, fresh cucumbers/tomatoes, seasoned green peas, 9-12: fresh broccoli salad; Thurs.: diced chicken/gravy or baked ham, yeast roll, mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, 9-12: honey apple crisp; Fri.: ham and cheese hoagie or Arroz con pollo/salsa, crispy lettuce/sliced tomato, honey roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned green beans, 9-12: gingerbread.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
