BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: glazed donut; Tues.: chicken biscuit; Wed.: mini cinni or pancake bites; Thurs.: chocolate crescent or breakfast pizza; Fri.: mini maple pancakes or biscuit and gravy.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: cheese stick/pizza sauce or diced chicken/gravy/yeast roll, mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, no salad, 9-12: fruit juice; Tues.: meatloaf or pork chop/white gravy, yeast roll, sweet potato casserole, spiced apples, no salad, 9-12: seasoned mixed vegetables; Wed.: hot dog/chili/onions/bun or BBQ/bun, creamy coleslaw, baked beans, potato wedges, fresh fruit/fruit cup, 9-12 turnip greens; Thurs.: 1 p.m. early dismissal: hamburger/bun, lettuce/tomato, turnip greens, red diced potatoes w/rosemary, 9-12: lima beans; Fri.: beef taco/salsa/sour cream/tortilla or chicken fajita, lettuce/tomato, refried beans, steamed broccoli, fresh fruit, 9-12: fiesta rice.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
