BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: WG honey bun or breakfast pizza; Tues.: chocolate chip muffin or scrambled eggs with WG toast; Wed.: grape crescent or sausage WG biscuit; Thurs.: apple fruedal or WG biscuit with gravy; Fri.: mini cinnis or pancake bites.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: potato crunch fish sticks with cornbread, honey pork rib on hoagie, pickles, onions, coleslaw, crispy curly fries and pinto beans, 9-12: royal brownie; Tues.: corn dog, meaty lasagna with garlic bread sticks, seasoned yellow corn, baby lima beans, crispy cucumbers, tomatoes, 9-12: honey dilled carrots; Wed.: steak and cheese sub, chipotle ranch chicken wrap with mild salsa, sautéed green pepper and onions, glazed sweet potatoes, tender turnip greens with vinegar,  9-12: fiesta rice; Thurs.:  ham sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, crispy lettuce, sliced tomato, celery, carrot sticks, ranch dip, hot school made vegetable soup, blueberry smoothie, 9-12: scalloped tomatoes; Fri.: tasty meatloaf with ketchup glaze, popcorn chicken, yummy WG yeast roll, creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, 9-12: fresh broccoli salad.

Offered daily:  WOW butter with or without jelly WG sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
