BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: Dutch waffle or French toast sticks/syrup; Tues.: blueberry muffin or green eggs and ham quesadilla; Wed.: strawberry mini bagel or chicken biscuit; Thurs.: chocolate crescent or biscuit w/gravy; Fri.: apple freudal or pancake on a stick/syrup.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH:  Mon.: hamburger patty w/bun or pork and vegetable stew w/roll, crispy lettuce/sliced tomato, turnip greens/vinegar, waffle fries, orange wedges, 9-12: great northern beans; Tues.: sausage w/gravy or chicken w/noodles, flakey biscuit, hashbrown potato cubes, green peas, apple juice, 9-12: sliced tomato and cucumber; Wed.: hot dog/chili/onion or chopped pork BBQ sandwich, coleslaw, tomato soup w/goldfish, crackers, berry cup, 9-12: yellow squash w/onions; Thurs.: hot cheesy pizza or smokin hot pepperoni pizza, sweet fried carrots, steamed broccoli, 9-12: corn salad w/cherry tomatoes; Fri.: popcorn chicken or baked ham, yeast roll, creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, applesauce, 9-12: 100 percent fruit juice.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
