BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: sausage w/biscuit; Tues.: strawberry mini bagel or breakfast pizza; Wed.: Dutch waffle or biscuit w/gravy; Thurs.: chocolate crescent or cheesy eggs w/toast; Fri.: grape crescent or mini maple pancakes.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: steak and cheese w/hoagie or chipotle chicken wrap, lettuce/tomato, sautéed peppers/onions, sweet potato fries, turnip greens, grades 9-12: chicken flavored rice; Tues.: corn dog or Italian pasta bake w/breadstick, seasoned corn, steamed broccoli, honey apple crisp, 9-12: fresh cut veggies/dip; Wed.: fish sticks/cornbread or honey pork rib on hoagie, creamy coleslaw/onions/pickles, crispy waffle fries, pinto beans, 9-12: royal brownie; Thurs.: ham and cheese sandwich or toasted cheese sandwich, lettuce/tomato, baby carrots/dip, vegetable soup w/crackers, grades 9-12: scalloped tomatoes; Fri.:  popcorn chicken or glazed meaty meatloaf, yeast roll, seasoned green beans, quick baked potato, grades 9-12: Jell-O with diced pears.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
