BREAKFAST: (Free to all students) Grab and Go carts in each school; traditional breakfast in cafeteria:

Mon.: chicken biscuit; Tues.: chocolate chip muffin or mini corn dogs; Wed.: Dutch waffle or biscuit w/gravy; Thurs.: apple freudal or cheesy eggs w/toast; Fri.: mini maple flavored pancakes or breakfast pizza.

Toast plus one item: cereal, pop tart, or string cheese; fresh fruit or juice; milk available daily.

LUNCH: Mon.: pepperoni, cheese, or sausage pizza, cinnamon sugar sweet potato fries, great Northern beans, grades 9-12: royal brownie; Tues.: chicken w/noodles or sausage w/gravy, yeast roll, green peas, red diced garlic potatoes, 9-12: spiced apples; Wed.: Italian dunkers/cheese bread or Jalapeno Ranch vegetable wrap, seasoned green beans, honey glazed carrots, grades 9-12: chocolate chip cookie; Thurs.: chicken fillet on bun or ham on bun, lettuce/tomato, vegetable chili/crackers, cheesy potatoes, grades 9-12: Jell-O with diced pears; Fri.: meaty lasagna/breadstick or chicken fajita/salsa/tortilla, lettuce/tomato, seasoned corn, steamed broccoli, grades 9-12: baby carrots w/dip.

Offered daily: WOW jelly sandwich, toasted cheese sandwich, chef salad, and fruit cup/fresh fruit and a choice of milk.
