The Meadows of Dan Women’s club presented Meadows of Dan Elementary School Principal, Jason Wood with a donation to fund free snacks to qualifying students at the school.
“It is such a blessing to live and work in such a loving and supportive community. The Women’s Club is such an important community organization and we are so thankful for their continued support,” Wood said.
In the past, the Women’s Club has sponsored several school projects including new classroom furniture at the Elementary School.
Meadows of Dan Elementary school has provided free snacks for the past five years and this year they will offer a free clothing store to help students thanks to a generous donor. If you are interested in being involved in these outreach activities, contact the school at (276) 952-2424.
