Girl Scout Troop 1302 in Patrick Springs welcomed State Trooper Ryan Lawson to their Girl Scout Meeting on Mon. Nov. 10, 2025. The girls heard about safety when around cars, on the road, in the car and just about anywhere they are. They talked about the importance of using seatbelts. A few of the girls are beginning to drive or will be soon and they asked several questions about driving safely. They heard about the things that can happen when they are driving and are distracted by other things, especially phones. All the girls enjoyed meeting Officer Ryan and will try to remember the things they learned from his visit.
