Josie Vernon, who served as Stuart Elementary’s 2016-2017 Junior Beta Club president, installed the 2017-2018 officers: Madison Mullis, president; Madi Heath, vice president; and Toby Perkins, secretary.
Stuart Elementary School recently held its Junior Beta Induction and officer Installation. Seventeen new members were inducted, making Stuart Elementary a “Nation Beta School of Distinction.”
In order to be nominated for Junior Beta, a student must maintain at least a 3.75 grade point average. The student shall be of moral and ethical character with exemplary achievement and a commendable attitude.
The National Beta Club is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. The club focuses on achievement, character, leadership, and community service.
