Sheriff reports arrests

Sheriff Dan Smith reported the following arrests:
• Antonio Donta Keitt, 26, of Mount Airy, N.C., was arrested April 22 on four counts of sale of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, and robbery.
Deputy D. Dillon made the arrest.
• William Michael Hazelwood Jr., 20, of Pulaski, was arrested April 20 on a charge of probation violation.
Deputy Jesse Pickerel made the arrest.
Hazelwood was also charged with possession of drugs by an inmate.
Deputy Rhonda Ray made the arrest for Pulaski County.
• John Dewayne McPherson, 53, of Stuart, was arrested April 20 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense within five years.
Deputy Daniel Gray made the arrest.
• Allen Eugene Slate Jr., 31, of Bassett, was arrested April 20 on a charge of issuing a bad check.
Investigator Danny Martin made the arrest.
• Casey Nicole Jones, 32, of Stuart, was arrested April 20 on a charge of damage to property.
Deputy Oscar Tejeda made the arrest.
• Jessica Lynn Conner, 31, of Bassett, was arrested April 20 on a charge of failure to appear in court.
Deputy Winfred Hill made the arrest.
• Matthew Alan Thompson, 42, of Stuart, was arrested April 19 on charges of trespassing and contempt of court.
Deputy Dustin Foley made the arrest for Henry County.
• Amanda Ann Bryan, 35, of Ridgeway, was arrested April 21 on a charge of violating an ASAP order.
Deputy B.L. Vipperman made the arrest for Henry County.
• Brandi Lynn Turner, 26, of Mount Airy, N.C., was arrested April 22 on a charge of failure to appear in court
Henry County made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Erskine Wayne Cressel, 39, of Rural Retreat, was arrested April 23 on a charge of failure to appear in court.
The Wythe County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest for Patrick County.
• Steven Markley Morrison, 59, of Stuart, was arrested April 23 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, first offense.
Lt. R.S. Coleman made the arrest.
• Denese P. Kendrick, 46, of Woolwine, was arrested April 23 on a charge of violating a protective order.
Deputy Lewis Carroll Jr. made the arrest for Henry County.
• Kimberly Hodge Sowers, 40, of Morganton, N.C., was arrested April 24 on two counts of assault on a family member.
Deputy S.R. Keffer made the arrest.
• Angel Walton, 19, of Meadows of Dan, was arrested April 24 on a capias for failure to appear in court.
Deputy Carroll made the arrest for Montgomery County.
• Mandy Nicole Smith, 39, of Bassett, was arrested April 18 on a charge of failure to appear for trial.
Deputy Dustin Foley made the arrest.
• Andrew Russell Tabor, 33, of Stuart, was arrested April 21 on a charge of bond violation.
Deputy Roger Bell made the arrest.
