Come To Me
God saw you were getting tired, and a cure
Was not to be,
So he put his arms around you, and
Whispered, “Come to me”
With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw
You pass away
Although we loved you already, We could not
Make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard
Working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He
Only takes the best.
A graveside service was held Monday, April 11, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Doe Run Cemetery with Chaplain Jeff Rhea officiating.
Memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 22099 Jeb Stuart Hwy., Stuart, VA 24171.
Arrangements were by Norris Funeral Services and Crematory of Stuart. Online condolences may be made at www.NorrisFuneral.com.
