Woolwine resident Debbie Spencer was appointed to the Tourism Advisory Council (TAC) at the Oct. 17 meeting of the Patrick County Board of Supervisors during the board’s executive session. The nomination was made by Smith River District Supervisor Crystal Harris and approved unanimously.
