STEP holds car show

Organizers anticipate more than 100 cars at the second annual STEP Car Show, set for
Saturday, May 6 at Faith Fellowship Church. The TNT Cool Bus and Scoop the (free) ice
cream truck will also be on hand.

Car enthusiasts are invited to the second annual STEP Car Show on Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Faith Fellowship Church in Rocky Mount. The TNT Cool Bus and Scoop, the free ice cream truck, will be on hand, and admission is free.

A registration fee of $20 per vehicle includes one free lunch.

Trophies will be awarded in several categories including Best Love Machine, Belongs in a Museum, Belongs at My High School Reunion, My Favorite, and Surprised It Got Here.

Trophies will also be awarded for Best Car and Best Truck, along with Best Overall in Show.

A Kid’s Choice award will be presented by TNT to the car chosen by children aged 15 and under as their favorite.

Registration is open and is accepted at the STEP office in Rocky Mount, at the event that morning or online at www.stepincva.com.

Bobby Radford will serve as emcee. Refreshments will be available.

May 20 is the rain date.
