By Dr. Clyde Dupin

In a mixed up, troubled world Christians must continue sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To be Christian one feels the need to share Christ and fulfill the great commission of Christ.  If you listen to some politicians, elite media and liberal religious leaders’ one would not seek to convert Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus and other non-Christians. Those who know Christ cannot stop witnessing in His name.

There has always been persecution when Christians have boldly sought to win others to faith in Christ.  In America there is a growing hostility toward true Christianity.  In America it is becoming intolerant and unloving to tell someone that without Christ they will spend eternity in hell. One cannot be Christian without believing that Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Christ is the only way to heaven. This is a fact Christians must never forsake or deny. This 21st Century is a time for Christians to be bold and courageous.

In America, Christianity is separate from our government. It should influence our leaders that Christianity is an eternal kingdom. It can accommodate different governments, but it must never accommodate sin or evil of any kind. Today there are leaders in high places who would like to deny Christians their freedoms of religion and liberty to proclaim the Gospel. In loving and convincing ways Christians are to let their voices be heard. In America we must not give in to sins like abortion, gay marriage and suppressing free speech.

The Christian faith is one of love, forgiveness and life changing possibilities. It is the only religion that has a Savior who died for our sins and was resurrected and is coming again. Christians have a personal faith that brings joy, peace and the assurance of eternal life. It is the only hope for a sin-sick world.
