The Reverend Theodore Clinton “Ted” Turman of Mount Airy passed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, August 14, 2023, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Blackwater United Methodist Church in Ararat, North Carolina with Mr. Graham Atkinson, Reverend Charlie Fried, and Reverend Billy Pendleton officiating. The burial will follow in Bell Spur Community Cemetery in Meadows of Dan, Virginia.
