Top Woolwine Warrior Readers announced

Woolwine Elementary School announced the names of its top readers among those who participated in the Warrior Reading program during the second quarter.

Each student who reached their grade level goal received a free snack, a certificate, and a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut through the Book-It program. In addition, students who read the most books in each grade level also received a free book.

The grade levels and top readers are: Pre-K–Elly Griffin, Kindergarten–Harper Shelton, First Grade–Maelynn Jones, Second Grade–Emmalyn Hubbard, Third Grade–Camden Bullins, Fourth Grade–Lacie Bullins, Fifth Grade–Ainsley Lawson, and Sixth Grade–Kinley Morrison.

Elly Griffin in Pre-K read 56 books.
Harper Shelton in Kindergarten read 10 books (and the most pages) in Kindergarten.

 

Maelynn Jones in First Grade read 44 books.

Emmalyn Hubbard in Second Grade read 20 books.

Camden Bullins in Third Grade read 1,413 pages.

Lacie Bullins in Fourth Grade read 3,185 pages.

 

Ainsley Lawson in Fifth Grade read 4,774 pages.

 

Kinley Morrison in Sixth Grade read 1,736 pages.
