Patrick County’s Track Team competed in the Titan Early Bird Classic at Hidden Valley High on Sunday, March 30.
Coach Lynne Deckel said, “We had a great meet with some solid competition as we move to the middle portion of our season. We had many athletes set personal records and compete well.”
Patrick County’s Boys Distance Medley Relay, consisting of Jared Biedrycki, Jonny Crowell, Brandon Rohrbach, and Kristian Reynolds, won their event.
Rohrbach and Crowell set personal records in their individual 400m event.
Garrett Worley and Marquis Brown also competed well, coming close to personal bests.
As for the girls, Lillian Terry competed well in her individual 400m event and Molly Hernandez earned a silver in the discus.
“Everyone added more fuel to their fire that we will continue to build on for the rest of our season. I was so proud of the way that everyone represented Patrick County today,” Coach Deckel said.
