At a recent meeting of the Patrick County Master Gardeners, 15 members of the 2022 Class of Trainees were honored for their completion of the academic portion of the training. They were welcomed into the organization as Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) Master Gardener interns. After completion of 50 hours of approved community service over the next year, they will be Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Volunteers.

The next Master Gardener training class will begin in March. If interested in becoming Master Gardener and joining this dynamic group, call the Patrick County Extension office at (276) 694-3341 for details.
